I am a professional estate organizer. My goal is to get your paperwork, property, belongings, and your life in order BEFORE you are paying expensive fees for attorneys, accountants, movers, real estate agents, etc. We will do this while keeping your comfort, security and privacy as priorities. When you need it, you’ll be able to find it!

Whether your estate means….

  • you are just starting out in a new home with a few utility bills and a toothbrush
  • you have a family, own property or have many bills, accounts and financial responsibilities
  • you are being thoughtful about “someday” and want to do some Next Generation planning
  • you have become responsible through illness or death for someone else’s estate
  • you are moving and need planning and/or packing & unpacking assistance

…. my skills and sensitivity help to create a sense of control of your own life and environment. Although I am NOT an attorney, accountant or real estate agent, I can prepare you to meet with these professionals and others (should you need them). Your documents, questions, and direction will be prepared in advance which saves you time and money.

Life coaching skills are included in my approach to your projects so you can handle the blocks that may come with tasks that can feel overwhelming, emotional or unmanageable. Your comfort and your pace are the drivers toward successful and peaceful project completion.

Having a third party who was not emotionally invested saved us. Kristen made a practical plan with order and process and timing. She made a plan for each of us to follow that somehow got us on the same page. It all finally made sense! Seeing the small stuff and wanting to just throw it in boxes but having Kristen keep the focus was INSANELY HELPFUL.

We were very relieved that we adhered to the schedule. Everything was done properly and there was no confusion about which boxes were going where. We didn’t have to work out anything else. On the third (and final) packing day, we were surprised it got done at all but it was actually done and ON TIME! That night we were able to relax, have a nice dinner and spend some time saying goodbye to the old place.

When the moving truck arrived the next day, we were fed, rested and prepared. Everything easily went into the truck according to the plan Kristen made of where it needed to go when unpacked. We were calm and the move went smoothly and very quickly.

We know without Kristen’s help we would not have been on time, not even close. We know we would have fought a lot about what should have gotten done and when. She kept us on task, on time, and she even scheduled in some time for handling the emotions of the move. We felt completely ready to leave when we drove away.

Kristen’s method and organization were invaluable. We won’t hesitate to use her again, and it was all done virtually! This experience was definitely a success.
